Helping 7 million players stay connected to the Battlefield.

User Interface

Battlelog is a social platform that ties into the Battlefield 4 experience, serving over 7 million users worldwide. 1910 worked close together with EA studio Uprise, helping out with UX and UI design for all four versions of Battlelog, including desktops, tablets, mobile phones, and consoles.

After having finished work on Battlelog for Battlefield 3, EA and Uprise began planning the social layer for the series next installment. 1910 was brought in early on as a development partner to help with the huge undertaking of designing the thousands of wireframes, screens, and assets spanning the products multiple target platforms.

Since it’s initial release in 2013, Battlelog for Battlefield 4 is still used by millions of players every week. Configuring their load-outs, creating missions for their friends, and climbing the geo-leaderboards, Battlelog for Battlefield 4 helps players worldwide to always stay connected to the battlefield on the go.

"Working on an interface that will be used by millions of people is a huge challenge and a great learning experience. I’m happy both for the chance to contribute and with reception of the final result."
